Task management

Submitted jobs appear in the submissions table on each pipeline page and on the dashboard. Use the search box above the table to filter by task name or by molecular substructure (see Task search). Use the Project filter to narrow to a specific project (see Projects).

Status lifecycle

• Queued — accepted, waiting for a worker.
• Processing — a worker is running the retrosynthesis search.
• Completed — results are available via the Details button.
• Failed or Rejected — see Troubleshooting.

Behavior

• Auto-refresh: the page checks for status updates every 15 seconds while you have active jobs.
• Queue limit: up to 5 concurrent jobs per user.
• Task naming: click on a task name to rename it for easier identification later.
• Row navigation: click anywhere on a task row to open its details. Form controls (the project dropdown, edit pencil, action menu) don't trigger navigation when clicked directly.
